Mclaren are saying they will only talk to out of contract drivers, this seems to dismiss all the favourites. They are also confusing matters by delaying any annoucment regarding the second 2008 driver . It appears we will have to wait a little longer

This is probably likely. Apparently, Dennis and Williams have always agreed never to poach drivers from one another, which is why I just don't see Rosberg in a McLaren next season.

Ralf Schumacher will categorically not be driving for McLaren next season.

Perhaps they're looking outside of the direct Formula 1 world, although I don't know where that would be, or what options that would give them.

Kovy has no contract.
He can take the drive with McLaren if he wants. Which makes him, and delaRosa the most likely get that seat at the minute.

looks that way to me too. Kovi will do well at mclaren, I believe I read somewhere that he and hamilton were mates, so its looking more and more like he will be the one.
