Ten YEARS NO NEW ENGINES ALLOWED! Also they will not allow front wings to be developed and winglets chimneys and movable aero devces will be banned. But Slicks are coming back - what do you make of this?

As long as the current engines are fair, which they seem to be I guess its no major problem.

As far as front wings go, seems pretty bs to me, surely teams have to be able to improve their car in some way, imagine if honda got stuck not being able to develop their aero this year ? serious disadvantage.
