Hamilton has been in plenty of title races before. I don't see why he would choke in this one.

I hope that Massa attempts to take out Hamilton - misses him but manages to hit Alonso and Raikkonen - Alonso looses control and crashes into the FIA booth taking out the entire FIA - Kimi on the ther hand manages to keep control but hits Bernie Ecclestone whilst coming into the pits for repairs, killing him instantly.

And we all live happily ever after

Lewis choked in China... but it was not just because he went off at that precise moment, his whole race strategy was silly. But i find it difficult that he makes such a mistake in Brazil, plus he only needs to come in 5th to win the wdc.

Maybe if he relaxes too much, the BMWs and Renaults can battle him and finish ahead of him or maybe if it rains and he isnt on pole....

If Lewis choked in China then Alonso choked in Japan. Let's face it, it was a stupid race strategy to total your car on the barrier. There was no choking. In both cases it was simply F1 racing and bad decisions cause bad outcomes. I wouldn't rely on Hamilton relaxing to the point of allowing a frigging Renault, or BMW for that matter, to pass him... he'd have to be playing with his ipod for that to happen. However, racing being what it is, the final result is up for grabs. It's a three way battle for the laurel wreath. And doesn't it make a very, very welcome change from the manipulated and stage managed era of Schumacher?

Wishful thinking me thinks.

Some of you guys are having problems with arguing the points and not the posters.

I doubt your aunty's sexual appurtenances have a lot to do with F1 or the relevant issues of the thread. However... feel free.

No you are correct, it was a light hearted comment about the all the if's in the world and aimed at hurtning no one.

Bring on the rain, just let's not have whinging and whining from Alonso, or his cohorts, about any outcome. If Hamilton doesn't win the title then there can be no dispute of the fact that the young man has acquitted himself with honour and poise in his first season in F1. This season will have proven that he is a driver of exceptional talent and certainly a match for the likes of Alonso. His youthful aptitude and consummate driving skills will stand him in good stead for many years to come.
