From what I understand from an article on F1-Live it looks like Fernando is headed to Renault for 2008.

Maybe he can get back to driving next year, I hope he goes well.

^^no.
I think alonso might move. But come on, they claimed Felipe was talking to toyota.
It could easily be made up, or just a friendly chat

Well according to Renault, they plan to be back in the running for constructors title next year.
But so does BMW, and i'm sure ferrari and McLaren do to.

Oh my God! Looks like the forum is being hijacked by mad Spaniards crusading for their fallen hero. I guess the last time they had a hero was El Cid... I suppose that is a long time to wait and, let's face it, the main reason he is remembered is he was strapped to a horse when he was dead. This El Cid is dead... No he's not, he's just resting... etc. etc.
Well they still strap Alonso into his car put his career into history... he's going to the great Briatore in the sky... Bye Bye Fernando.:roll:

Has this guy been drinking? Lewis Hamilton is a spoilt little skidmark who is nowwhere near the driver FA is. This has been the best battle in Formula 1 since Senna vs Prost. What about the the programme that was to be made about Hamilton's championship victory in Shanghai. Come on Fernando , take this mug down. Fernando has been up against it since the start , an English team , Ron Dennis who cleary wants Lewis to win and the non-existent support from the McLaren team.If FA incredibly does win the title this year, it will go down as the greatest result in F1 history

this is that article, I don't think it is spam...

Great news by the way! finally the mindless speculation will soon be over. 2008 is already showing the potential to be the best F1 season in more than 10 yrs: strong BMW, Ferrari, Renault w/ Alonso and Mclaren with possibly 2 younguns in a strong car.

Oh dear Mr. Hughes. Now the Scottish Nationalists have got on their bikes and decided to try to flog us onions. I lived in Baillieston when I was a wee bairn. I remember a little Spanish guy who used to ride his bike around the streets, he had a net over his front wheel and strings of onions hanging from the handlebars, which he used to hawk to the local households. Mainly, my childhood memories were populated by Scottish drunks and yobs... all looking for aggro. I can't blame you for wanting to be a Spaniard instead... I suppose.

Ohhh, my dear envious, forgetful and stupidly arrogant british... Don`t you remember (for example...) the name D. Blas de Lezo and how he defeated british navy throwing british -with a sonorous kick in the ass- off in Cartagena de Indias (uuuuuhhh, poor sir edward vernon)?:lol:

I don`t know about scottish... but about english people, argggghhhhh, in Spain the first image of an english we have is a stupid drunken with his nude bottom saying nonsense and doing the frightfuliest of the ridiculous one... (and I think that in many other countries people have the same idea :lol: )

And also Williams's new FW30 could be lethal now they've got a year of Toyota power under their belts and also fixed the wind tunnel and had a new supercomputer installed by Lenovo. And some Lenovo employees who've seen the FW30 in the wind tunnel are commenting it's "radical".

Then there'll be Red Bull and Adrian Newey trying to sneak up the pack too.

Sir Francis Drake, Spanish Armada and Admiral Nelson I remember. Not to mention Lewis Hamilton. So, on one occasion the Spaniards got lucky, Alonso gets lucky sometimes too. I don't suppose that you and Jonny 1 are the same posters Bonehead? Thing is, you both spell the same words wrong and in an identical manner.
I'm not sure that's allowed, although it is very very Spanish.
