So, BMW's MT declared this week that development of the 07 car has stopped now that they have secured 2nd place in the constructors championship.
How relevant is that really? There are but a few races left and most developments to be mounted on the car for those specific races you'd think are ready to go or far along in the pipeline. How much development can you initiate now and get it implemented?
Also, what does stopped really mean? Little tweaks I think are still being made, right? That doesn't count as development?
