I enjoyed this RACE. I sat and watched a good RACE. The front running was a bit boring after a while, although I'm glad Kimi won so convincingly. I hope his reliability issues are done for the year, although it looks like the McLaren drivers will steal the year as McLaren have been more reliable anyway. Lewis seemed a bit down about his fourth position but Alonso was quicker, and the Ferraris beat the pants off everybody.
The midfield battles were really good! I think I might see if I can afford to go to Spa next year. It looks like there's more room to see the race than at Silverstone when you can't afford a million pounds to sit down. And it'll be a holiday, too. Chocolate in Bruges!!!
Oh and McLaren and Alonso were found to have done something not quite sportsmanlike. I believe someone mentioned that here somewhere (on and on and on and on and on...zzzzzzzzzzzzzz)
I wonder what there would have been to talk about if this whole Spy-thing hadn't happened.
The FIA ("Ferrari Internatblahdeblah if you wish!
) found McLaren to have been naughty. RD held up his hands at Spa and said "It's a fair cop, Guv'nor" or words to that effect. McLaren have lost their points and some money but are still competing. The drivers have kept theirs. Alonso (the Nemesis and sole point of reference for evil in the universe for one person on this forum) isn't allowed to talk to the press. And unless someone becomes privy to inside news, we will find out what's happening to what drivers where regarding driver/teams in due course.
Lewisfan doth protest too much, methinks. In Freudian terms, your so intense hatred of Alonso is beginning to seem like the expression of repressed desire for the object professedly hated.
Sorry I've been so long away. Strange working hours, other hobbies and running a home catch up with you.

I do not own a Ferrari - no fair!
