Don't know if anyone here is already registered, but this is a QUALITY F1 Management Game. Totally free, very competitive and very satisfying in my opinion.

My first race, I've qualified last (7 seconds behind the leader and 0.6s behind the next person). I think it may take a few seasons to figure out what I'm doing. Only 5 races left in my season though (entered near the end).

One minor flaw is that they still have Interlagos as being a bumpy circuit. They've not taken into account the resurfacing yet.

Yeah, pretty much, but you have a career as a manager, not a load of single seasons put together.
