Vote for the star performer of the race from the list provided!

Please feel free to explain your choice.

Tough one. LH's recovery drive from last after being punted by KR was impressive. SV's victory drive 'a casa loro' with a stiff neck as well. I gave it to LH in the end, but could have gone either way.

I would have said Hamilton too but he was an utter disgrace following the race - he behaved like a complete manchild when instead he should have exited his car, thanked his fans and then his team-mate. If he's not winning there's teddies thrown everywhere - I'm embarrassed for him.

Lewis says he was to emotionally and physically exhausted to talk to Brundle in parc ferme after the race:

With a late in the race pass to win the race and for winning with a damaged neck I voted for Vettel. Raikkonen had great passes on Ricciardo and Verstappen as well, honourable mention.

Also congrats to Vettel for his 51st win. Now tied with Prost.

Kimi!!

Vettel was a VERY close 2nd...

But, Kimi did accept responsibility for the collision...
Kimi did serve the penalty... and, Kimi did get on the podium...

What more can you expect from a driver??

oh, wait... there is one more thing... the guy was classy in responding
to the question regarding the possibility of an ""intentional"" hit...

The tenacious Brundle tracks down the hiding Hamilton. He is going to get his interview dammit!

Apparently, there was a "good" reason for just about everything...
from not giving an interview to making accusations...

Chris Medland wrote:">
Hamilton accepts Raikkonen apology, says he will learn from outburst...

“Kimi said sorry and I accept it and we move on,” Hamilton wrote on Instagram. “It was a racing incident and nothing more. Sometimes we say dumb s**t and we learn from it.”

Hamilton also explained his reasons for not giving an interview in parc ferme — where he initially missed Raikkonen accepting blame for the incident — and heading to the drivers room.

“I lost nearly 3kg trying to get back to the top for you and my team. I barely had any energy at the end to stand let alone talk. If you can’t understand and appreciate that then I fully understand. However, it was nothing to do with anger, literally just exhausted both physically and emotionally.

So... he wasn't upset/angry... he was just tired, exhausted...
I wonder if I can use that excuse the next time I miss a deadline at work?

^ I don't think it is something that I would want to be common knowledge around the paddock that I was out of shape and emotionally spent. And not even half way through the season.

Lewis at this rate will be a complete basket case toward the end of the season. Maybe some lifestyle choices are the problem.

I didn't watch the post-race, I immediately stopped the stream as the drivers took the chequered flag, having watched until Monday evening to watch it as I was on a long weekend vacation out of state. But Lewis is being a sausage again, this is the main reason I went off him, I used to support him in his early days in F1.

Anyway, driver of the race is Vettel, great start, and aggressive driving, forcing Bottas to push his tires too much defending allowing for the Vettel win.
