Looking into going to Monaco next year, was hoping some of you could provide me with a few handy tips or pointers on how much I should be spending on getting there, where to stay, etc etc. Much appreciated guys.

One word about Monaco: $$$$$$$$$$

Actually, Monaco is considered the WORST track to watch a race as a fan. Its a great place if you have $$$$ to lay down on your yacht, wine and dine with the millionairs of Monaco, or lucky enough to paid $$$$ to get a room with a view. I had a friend that went to Monaco, Monza, and US GP. He said Monaco was the worst experience and a waste of his time. You don't have easy access to ANYTHING (its a street course and its closed), can't walk around the track like he did in Monza & US GP, everything cost $$$$. And this is coming from a guy that owned several Ferraris and he was invited to attend Monaco. He said the US GP was the best because of the interaction between teams, drivers, and fans, then Monza was next because you can't beat being in beautiful Italy, home of Enzo.

Cheers, I may have to rethink this then, as I don't have any Ferrari's, no yacht, and not that many £££££££'s. Just that I'd love to have been to the Monaco GP. Monza might be an idea though.
