Do you think he has done enuff to get a big seat next year??

If he wasnt with williams and with a bigger team i feel he could be a serious threat 2 Hamilton in the future

I'd say he's in a good seat already, Williams are a winning team trying to work their way out of a rot in the same way Ferrari had one in the early 90's and McLaren in the mid 90's. Next year I think Williams will be a lot more competitive to challenge McLaren and Ferrari, the FW29 has shown it can compete on the same pace as BMW and not be too far behind McLaren and Ferrari, I think if anything Nico's had the bad luck reliability wise compared to Wurz. I think Wurz's years as a test driver for McLaren and Williams has taken his racing edge away, if it was the 1997 or 1998 Wurz, he'd be on par with Nico.

Hence if anything, Rosberg will be the man to challenge Hamilton in the future as Williams get back to the front.

Some people seem to think Williams are heading the same way Lotus did, but with Lotus, I think the main things that killed them off were the death of Colin Chapman and the ineptness of Peter Warr.

i think hes done well, but i dont think theyll be many seats in any better teams next year. 2007 was all change, in 2008:

Ferrari (Massa/Raikkonen)
McLaren (Hamilton/Alonso if he's happy to continue)
BMW (Heidfeld because of German connection/Kubica because hes worth hanging onto)

Red Bull?!

I think Coulthard should be retiring soon. I think Red Bull will have an amazing package next season. They can be a big threat next season.

And Renault, Heikki isn't that good, he was good in GP2 only( or maybe desrves a faster car).

Also, we have Prodrive, the new team.

VArious possibilities for Rosberg. I am a big fan of his :D

He's better off staying where he is, as soon as Williams start winning races again he will be in a big seat and he'll be the one winning races for them.

If Nico was in a race winning team then he could challenge Hamilton. But thing is all the top race seats are taken and wil be for at least 2 years. Raikkonen would only be tempted to move by big money, Massa will stay at ferrari for a long while, Alonso could possibly move (as he says he is not settled at mclaren) and Hamilton will not move. if so, them teams would look for someone like Rosberg or Kovalainen.

Lol, mate that way any driver in a race wiining team could challenge Hamilton.

The list would include all the drivers except for Ralf, Albers, Speed and Liuzzi :P

Rosberg should go to Renault, they will be back next year and Fisi is past it.

I do not agree to that.

David Coulthard is even two more years older than him, still he is going strong.

Tho, I would love to see Rosberg in a Renault :D

Nico has a LONG term contract with Williams and he will stay put. Williams are heading in the right direction and in a year or so they will be able to win races.
