Congrats to the AF Corse team for getting pole in both GT classes. :)

This year the 458's opposition have been given bigger fuel tank capacity to bring them closer, so I wouldn't be getting too carried away with pole here. We will certainly have to stop more times to complete the race. Hopefully we see some great racing and the Ferrari's putting up a good show.

It is great how the LM racing is evolving and actually progressing. Record pole times set this year. I wonder if we could see a new record distance covered for the race?

That Toyota 8 car and the class leader Ferrari were both coming in way to hot. Tough that the fastest Audi is out because of it.

The FiA really has to do something about all this fuel being used at Le Mans. Let's make it the Le Mans 2 plus 4 hour classic

They already have! Ten years ago or so they were using 90 liter fuel tanks, and today they're using less than 60 liter fuel tanks with the diesels using 54 liters... Really, I say bring hybrid technology to F.... wait a minute. Diesel! The sound or more like the quietness of those cars in the pits, I can't wait. :cloud9:

EDIT: how will fans complain about the sound when there isn't any?

There are no fuel amount limits in LM racing

I love the diesels, which, IMO, is also the greenest path forward.:yes:
