I have recently discovered I have a bit of an odd past time. I find myself
Checking what F1 teams are recruiting and what roles. Then guessing what trouble the team is in. Example when Lotus had crash test issues they urgently recruited carbon fibre specialists.

Anyway. This job caught my eye. Not so much for what it is but what they are offering as part of the deal

Lol nope not applied. The bit that got me is 45% of a watch. I think I would rather have free medical or something that a half price watch.

45% of a VERY expensive watch. Probably still couldn't afford the other 55%....

If you wanna work in F1 be an expert in one very specific field and be prepared to do only that. There is minimal scope for versatility these days in F1 it seems.
