Is there even any testing on sky? My facebook friends are complaining that they are only showing a 15 mins "Teds notebook" of testing each day? Bit rubbish would far prefer to watch it than a gp2 race from 2011 or "Your home of formula 1" on loop

Back on subject find someone that has sky and nick their sky go password its what ive done for past 2 years

Yeah, to be honest - the F1 channel is a bit of a joke. The coverage of race days is excellent, in my opinion, but the rest of the time they waste the channel. With reapeat after repeat of the same programs.

And yeah, so far they are showing 30 mins a day for the test days. 15min round up followed by 15mins 'Teds Notebook' (which is always excellent).

I would of thought they would show the live testing - even commentary free would be welcomed by most of their viewers. I suppose it depends if its being filmed by FOM. If there are no cameras there filming the track, then I suppose Sky cant broadcast it. But the sure could still film their own coverage from the pits - and I know they could fill more than 30mins a day - especially with all the engines that are going to blow up!!

I don't think its fair to assume Renault and Ferrari are going to blow more than 2-3 engines a day.

I'm still happy with the BBC Highlights. Hardly any of the race is actually missed, and dreary races like India, Spain or Korea are made that little bit more bearable.

I watched Sky when they did a free weekend at Hockenheim in their first year of coverage. It was good, but the most interesting things was watching the different presenters. I still wouldn't pay for it yet, even if it was for just a day.

I got it with the package I was already paying for (HD). If they started to charge a separate fee for it, I might reconsider.

I'm a rebel and use streams, which also has hilarious chats too! All the Vettel bashers are in there and it causes arguements and I must admit I spend more time in the chat than actually watching lol
