So, Sauber have revealed their 2013 car launch date, which is February 2nd.

Any more?

Looking forward to adding more dates to this.

I thought McLaren named their launch date weeks back...but I can't remember what they said.

The later the car launches, the better. I remember McLaren always being one of the latest to launch their cars during the Mika, David days due to more time dedicated to R&D and they always had a faster car than Ferrari. Reliability though...was another issue.

F2013 (assuming that's the name) launched on Feb 2.
Williams FW35 launched at Jerez on Feb 5
Torro Rosso STR8 also launched at Jerez on Feb 5

The report said the car, codenamed 664 and probably to be officially called the F2013, will almost certainly be revealed to the world live via the internet, from Ferrari’s Maranello headquarters.

Autosprint added that the car has already passed the FIA crash tests.

The report also said Williams’ new FW35 will be launched on the opening day of the first pre-season test, at Jerez on 5 February.

Toro Rosso’s STR8 will reportedly be unveiled on the very same day, also at Jerez, southern Spain.

I don't imagine that the 2013 cars will look much different from their 2012 counterparts. There aren't any notable regulation changes, I do however hope that the ugly stepped nose will disappear in 2013. One thing that is for sure is that one team will find a loophole and all the other teams will protest.

The stepped noses really don't bother me nowadays. They'll probably be smoothed over this time though.
