Quite a horrific one. Proves how great the cars are that he is still around and OK.

I wish him a speedy complete recovery.

Had that been a 1994 car, Kubica could have lost his life.

Get well soon Robert, your replacement will only be there to keep your seat warm for your return. :)

I think he would have been in a lot of trouble had it been a 1994 car.

Vettl's going to have a tough time with only a week to prepare for his first race.

Canada should be taken off the F1 calendar until they sort out the safety issues.

Quite horrific accident - and Im glad to hear that Robert does not have a broken leg. or indeed anything worse. Hope he recovers quickly.
But what a victory for Lewis Hamilton! He thoroughly deserved that after all the incidents and safety cars.

they warned imola and monza that don't have such troubles like security and efficiency of the marshalls, and they keep Canada. I love Montreal, both city and circuit, i don't want it to be kicked out from the circus, but they have to do something...

Robert still has pain everywhere from the accident, and especially his right ankle. He has been told to stay off it, in the hope he will be able to race on Sunday in America

If he can be fit in time for Sunday's race that would be a remarkable recovery.

He wants to do it, but they tell him rest the ankle and wait. He will see a doctor tomorrow just to make sure he is ok now, and then Thursday before the race Robert will be assessed again.

Obviously people got their wires crossed, I would stick Vettel in on the safe side. See what this kid can do.

Trulli visited him in hospital which is a nice thought I guess.
