Ok, WITHOUT going and looking it up! Do you know which three drivers currently in F1 have won all four of the classic F1 races. Monaco, Spa, Silverstone and Monza?

Only 3!

Don't know but I'll say Schumacher, Webber and Hamilton?

Monaco, Spa, Silverstone and Monza

Vettel Hamilton and Schumacher.

Respectively:

Vettel - '11, '11, '09, '08
Hamilton - '08, '10, '08, '12
Schumacher - lots of times! Too many that i can remember really.

Alonso has never won at Spa, Raikkonen never at Monza. They've won the other 3 though.

You got two of them Stonemonkey, well done!

Scotty!!!!!! You are correct! Did you cheat?

Interesting how cream rises whichever statistics you look at and whoever you like it dislike (I'm including Alonso and Kimi in the cream club by the way, before anyone gets uppity, since as Scotty pointed out they're only missing one each.)

Silverstone, classic? My word!

Well it was the home of the first F1 race, and, like Monza and Spa, has been on the calendar since the things began! :)

Would you call it a classic if it were in Scotlandshire Andrew

That would be.

No cheating :) I can easily remember pretty much all the results from the last 6 or so years. If i cheated i could easily have named all Schumacher's wins... :hehe: i can remember a lot but if i posted the list i was going to, there'd probably be a few missing.

I think if you went back further in time and looked, there's not many drivers who've won these 4 races (at these specific tracks anyway), perhaps only even Senna and Prost. Even someone like Hakkinen never won at Monza, i think, and DC never won at Spa.

No but I would call it a classic if it was a decent track. :whip:

Other than Monaco, i don't see how those races mean much more than the others.

Spa is my favourite track, but winning Spa doesnt mean more than winning India or China. Whoever wins Singapore in the rain... now that's a cracker :hehe:

See i'd class Suzuka as a classic track these days too, and perhaps Interlagos as well.

Yup. Basically anything that has been on the calendar since the 80's and before... except Hockenheim cause they destroyed the classic layout.
