I think Jacques Villeneuve's just jealous Hamilton's got off to a better start in his rookie career than he did. After winning the Championship in 1997 he started moaning more and more, he's almost as bad as Webber if not worse at times.

I know how can he call LW moves at the start of the races "they way Michael used to". He's a joke cant even get a ride in NASCAR! :D

Once again, I have to agree with JV: I noticed those double moves as well and was wondering why there weren't any consequences.

JV did have a great start in F1. Maybe better than LH has so far. He would have won in his first outing had he not been told to move over for Hill, I mean for an oil leak LOL.

JV never did well in any other car but the best one. me thinks Hamilton will never have the chance to find out how well he can do in an inferior car.

double moves? more like slight variations in trying to get position after the guy in front cut you off, not chopping off the guy behind you after youve made your line to the first corner.
so DD what do you suggest once you make your possy for the first turn if a guy infront goes infront of you you cant change to get around him?

i think they give abit of leniancy at the start of a race if Lewis was to make two moves at a corner during a race we will see him get a drive through. but he hasnt! he is just a good racer and knows how to get possy.

If Hamilton wins a couple of WC's with McLaren, and it looks like he's got the minerals, he'll have to move to an underperforming team and make the difference before he get's grouped with the sport's greats...

It's about time someone said something other than 'Lewis is the next world champion and is absolutely perfect in every single way'! Thankyou JV! I still don't like you that much though.

Well they said it about JV in his first year. Of course, he came off the heels of a Champcar title and an indy 500 win, and rookie of the year before that, so he kind of was more deserving.

JV has the rare quality of someone who still believes he has the goods long after the crowd has walked away. Its pathetic. Just keep quiet or go away I used to really like JV. But its long since worn off.

LH need apologize to no one about either his current position in the WC or his race craft. Of course its a long way to the WC and LH will be fine.

Well, Wurz and Fisichella have come out to defend Hamilton with Fizzy saying Villeneuve "talks too much." and who could blame him?

You would.

Not many others do.

I'm starting to get quite excited about Lewis, it's interesting how one great leaves the sport another one starts to emerge.

If he chops here and there for me personally it doesn't matter. He's got to be a bit aggresive and arrogant and back that up with true speed before people will truly love him.

I personally think half the reason why Schumi had so many supporters was because he wasn't a perfect gentleman out on the track. Fans want to see aggression, they want to see arrogance but they don't want to see cheating.

If LH is a little argie bargie out on the track big deal, as long as he's quick as well the people will love him...
