Because it was clearly a mickey mouse outfit from the start if that article is 100% accurate, three different names in five years, constantly moving from one crisis to another. F1 is an expensive sport, if a team can not afford to compete without all the constant financial drama, it's time to pack up and go home. It's always sad when people lose their jobs, but that's the way of the world.
