6 days to Petronas Malaysia Formula 1, but until now my ticket still unconfirmed (booking at bookf1.com at 03/16/2011)
already sent email to support, nothing happened until now,but they already debit total ticket price from my credit card..

can someone tell me ? how long that ticket will be confirm ?
anyone experienced with bookf1.com ? (booking, complain etc ..)

I see from many web review, this site is secure and trusted, but until this second still no news from support, i already sent email many times to ask this but still no respond.

If I buy ticket at sepang, is there any chance to get it ?
i heard from many people, there is still a many (large) ticket when practice/race/ qualification (3 days ticket)..
