I've heard on the grapevine that Formula 1 and Bernie Ecclestone have created a reality Formula 1 show and competition where anyone in the world can apply to win a Formula 1 drive. Apparently it's a judged elimination process that will be televised, some of it live!! Anyone know if this is true? Be very interesting to see how it would work!

I hate the X Factor, I hate most reality TV shows, but this is one I would watch!!! 8-)

there was one years ago, Johnny Herbert was involved in choosing the driver. it turned out that it was to race in a Historic F1 race... from memory, Jenson helped Herbert in the 1st round.

In one of the episodes the drivers are tasked with coming up with a signature race winning gesture, like double fist pumping or the finger. :hehe:
