Well, Steve Matchett clearly and IMO convincingly demonstrated that the Fishmouth wing is flexing and moving considerably under breaking. The onboard camera was very helpful in showing this. So, is it just a matter of time until we see a team lodge an official protest? And what would be the repercussions? Points taken away or just ban of the wing from the next race on?

Points taken away or just ban of the wing from the next race on?

If the corrupt Premier League were in charge they'd allow the wing to go on being used, like Tevez.

If they take points away, I think the FA and the FIA should swap sports for a year and see what happens, unlike the corrupt FA, Premier League et al, the FIA aren't afraid to dish out punishments even if your name's Schumacher.

Who says the flexing helps the performance? It might hurt it. The fact that it flexes shows that it adds enough drag to the car to question if it's worth whatever downforce you get from it, if it's for downforce.
Like I said before they'd better ban the sculpted helmets what with all these anal clarification requests going around the pitlane. It's a moveable aero device too!

It doesn't matter whether it helps or not. It's a violation of the regs - period.

I know but if it hurts performance then the other teams would want it to stay on LOL.
