I think the picture is of the 2010 Ferrari but it may be photoshoped to make it look like it's racing around the circuit when it's probably just static. It matches a lot of descriptions and diagrams of the new car.

The gear isn't that bad to be honest. I think its pretty cool. Ummm i still have to pass on Alonso's helmet design, its just Nice to see Massa back

The only thing to me that looks different is the nose and the engine cover also those front wheels look a bit slimmer and a clear lack of wheel spinners on the front wheels. The front and rear wings are definitely from the end of the 09 season.
