Alonso was easily the class of the field in 2008.

in the latter half of the year definitly, But You could say the same about Lewis this year.

I think everyone agree's that himself and Lewis are two best drivers in F1.

Not really, you could say VETTEL was the best driver of the 2nd half of 2009.
Lewis did a very good job on the whole season, despite not having a fully competitive car... however, the Mclaren was definitely far better than both Ferrari and Renault. Some even say the Ferrari of 2008 was the best car, but i think Mclaren had a better package for 2008.....

I doubt Vettel makes more mistakes than Lewis. They're still young, it will get over soon

Umm, wtf? Trulli - driver with good qualifying but no race pace AT ALL better than Alonso. This list really is s***, sorry to say that but seriously. Rubens had the same car as Jenson this year but couldn't even get second place.

have a cry sheesh! people can think their lists are important if it makes them feel warm and fuzzy inside but end of the day the only lists the drivers care about are the championship standings.

its a ranking list. the whole point of the season is to determine ranking.
