To be honest, it'll be downright dangerous. There are concerns about the glare off the track from the floodlights and the fact that the track dries very slowly. The MotoGP race in Quatar last year had the same problem where it was a night race on a wet track. Ended up postponing the race.

Be interesting to see a wet signapore, although i reckon after ballsily overtaking everyone Hamilton will still push too hard at just the wrong corner and crash lol.
