These FP2 commentators are nowhere near as good as Davidson and that other chap (David Croft?) in the morning session. :(

David Croft was in the booth for FP2.

Maurice Hamilton is awesome though... what is not to like?

They just seemed to talk less crap in FP1. First time i've actually gotten to see that session so far this year, stupid jobs and uni! :twisted:

:yawn: :yawn::yawn::yawn::yawn::yawn::yawn::yawn::yawn::yawn::yawn::yawn:

does the grapes taste that bad ??

Probably it was Croft's fault. ;)

I actually get fed up with Maurice Hamilton, he doesn't seem to know what he's on about half the time. Like he didn't know that the teams were going to have to use both tire compounds next season. That seems remarkably naive to me as surely someone like him should understand that this has to be the case because Bridgestone want some media attention. He had just spent about 10 minutes explaining who would do well next year with the ban on refueling based on who could nurse their tyres for a whole race distance. How is he supposed to put forward a serious case for any judgment on any driver when he doesn't understand the rules under which they compete?
Crofty doesn't quite get things on the level that Davidson and Brundle do either but he makes a great foil fro Davidson, those two together are really worth listening to.

Quite good fun listening to Crofty and Davidson though - and the thunder!!

Apparently the media centre is leaking and all the journos are getting wet! :D

Ah, cheers.

It's amusing seeing the drivers messing about, clearly bored. :hehe:

No doubt we're getting a wet quali - but surely that will have more chance of going ahead!?

I think the medical helicopter thing is an absolute requisite. Might be heading for a Sunday quali if it doesn't clear up a bit...

I've missed most of practice yet again. I think my sister must deliberatley watch the timer going down on the BBC F1 page and sets of for our house when it hits zero :banghead:

Anyway, I'm watching now and it's still very wet. Qualifying should be fun :D

Ant Davidson reckons the Williams guys may have gambled on a wet setup (ie that the race will be wet as well)...
