BMW and SV's contract obligations ended when SV went to STR

Question is, how likely is BrawnGP able to carry on next year, and how likely can Adrian Newey improve on the 2010 cars..?
SV is quite a star, I reckon.

I think Brawn won't be able to carry on to be honest, i think Virgin will pull out.....

In terms of car design, (please dont flame me if I am wrong) is it an advantage for BrawnGP (Ross Brawn) or for Redbull (Adrian Newey) in terms of the 2010 car?

To be honest I'm not sure... Ross is a genius but then Adrian is awesome too, but it's other peoples input too!

Ross isn't comparable to Newey, Ross is more a good delegator of his technical team while Newey is in the design team as a designer.

Yer, Bud's right, but then you cannot only base a team upon 2 people? Horner will have major input!

Just so that I have it straight. Your assertion is that Brawn is going to fold up, after winning a WDC...because Virgin is going to pull out? You believe that Brawn can't find sponsorship at the front of the pack, while Force India has no problem doing so etc. Is that right?

If Brawn win the championship I reckon Virgin can't have much option but to stay in.

Unless Brawn becomes too expensive for Virgin.

Force India finds sponsorship because the main sponsor is his own company! And yeah you never know? Ferrari was at the front of the pack and Vodafone pulled out? It's business, and when it comes down to business its every man for himself, just remember F1 is unpredictable! I didn't think Google was coming into F1 until I read the owner and co founder said it himself. So maybe there are sponsorship opportunities there, but as I said, there was $400 million dollars spent on this project in which Honda funded all them selves, a retard who drives the happy foundation bus can only believe that they will be just as successful next season! So get a grip, because I don't think Mr.Branson is even that stupid! :director:

actually you are right about Force India, the main sponsor is Fly Kingfisher which is owned by VJM. But Brawn being up the front wont find it hard to get a large sponsorship portfolio especially if they win the championships!

true but it's a 1 off? plus with the F1 series in crisis, would you want to risk the loss of Millions and Millions of dollars? I don't think so. Plus i thin Virgin would look awesome on the Ferrari or McLaren  we all know they will own the tracks again? I think to Mr.Virgin, Brawn may have just been a window for them to get there name in the paddock?
