Yeah, ur right there. I think its a shame they called it a day tbh. I mean I think the likes of Doornbos and Wilson fighting for the title would be great to see. You see the problem I have with the IRL, is that I find it hard to get into. For me, it's weird seeing Penske and Chip in the IRL, to me they just seem part of CARTS legacy. Certainly that's when things went down hill

Yeah I couldnt agree with you more there. I honestly try to watch some of the IRL races this year, but they are just too boring because I've never really been into oval racing. Hopefully Tony George really evens out the schedule next year and I pray that the new chassis is easier on the eyes. I will be seing my first IRL race this year at infineon raceway, so lets see how that goes.

Yeah, think they need to look forward. I'll give IRL a chance if they even the callendar out a bit. Get Long Beach, Toronto, Laguna, Road America on the calendar for a kick off. Deff have to keep Surfers Paradise! For me though, IRL should consider using Rockingham and Eurospeedway. If they want to expand and conquer Nascar's dominace they have to be ambitious. I for one would go see it if they came back to the UK. If they can travel to Austrailia and Japan they can come to Europe!

...Dont forget Road Atlanta. But I think they should share a race weekend with F1. Didnt Montreal do that a few years back when they had CART, and F1 there on the same weekend? I think that would be cool.

Na they didn't they id race in the same year at the circuit and a big deal was made about who was fastest. F1 won of course

I think its more F1 wants a U.S. GP back next year. I read somewhere that when Bernie announced the 08 schedule teams, sponsors, and car manufacturers were mad because they want to 'display' their products to the huge American market.
