What's a douch?

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.p ... =douchebag

or

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Douche
A douche (pronounced /ˈduːʃ/) is a device used to introduce a stream of water into the body for medical or hygienic reasons, or the stream of water itself.
Douche usually refers to vaginal irrigation, the rinsing of the vagina, but it can also refer to the rinsing of any body cavity. A douche bag is a piece of equipment for douching—a bag for holding the fluid used in douching. To avoid transferring intestinal bacteria into the vagina, the same bag must not be used for an enema and a vaginal douche.

Or alternative spelling: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=douch

Here I was thinking it was a term for Germans living in Brazil.

Nah, that term would be Nazis (or descendants of Nazis).

When RB started in F1, I had great hope that one day when Senna retires, RB will take over.
Unfortunately, that never happened. I sometimes wonder if Senna were still alive, would RB have been more ballsy and refused to be a #2?
I had the same hope with Massa but that didn't last long either.

My point is that we try to put the blame on the stronger driver (MS, FA...) but in reality the problem resides with drivers like RB and FM.

In all companies there are people who are more competitive/productive than others and it's usually these people who end up succeeding the most.
When a CEO sees that you can give more than your co-workers, he would usually try to accommodate your needs because he knows it's an investment worth making.

It's to some degree the same in F1. Why should a team waste a lot of their effort on a driver that can't give more than 95% when the other one can perform at 100%.

As fans of F1, we don't like team orders but we need to look at the big picture. These drivers work for the team and it's the latter that sees what strategy the team should employ and who they should invest in.
The problem is not MS and FA wanting to be #1 in any team, it's not that they are very competitive but rather that RB and FM are willing to be #2. If they don't have it in them to fight back and try to prove their status within the team, well I don't understand why it's MS or FA fault.

Team orders have, are and will always be part of F1. Some are done in a more discrete way and some are done in a more blatant way.
That's the realty of F1.

Growing up, I had a good friend from Chile, that could have been Vettel's double.

For me it doesn`t really matter anymore what happened back in 2002. MS didn`t really need those 4 extra points at that point of season, he had already been always on the podium and nobody really seemed to be a real threat even at that early stage of year;

Ofcourse Rubens was pissed off that he had to let MS past so he made it quite obvious, but at the end of the day the order came from Todt, right?
So all of them played their own part in all the theatre that happened back in Austria 02.

Obviously Rubens signed for Ferrari hoping that one day he could get the same chances as MS for the title or soemthing like that, so thats why all the frustration came. It`s now pretty much the same for Felipe.

They are all there to win and nobody wants to be the Nr.2 which you call whenever you want to get extra points, so it is as it is.

I got no problems with what happened there as its all long gone so no big deal.

Massa was World Champion for 30 seconds. So - I don't see what everyone's point is about him.

Massa got his chance then. He couldn't continue his momentum last year, and then he had the accident...

That's kinda my point, Massa has been backed by the team, and will again if he beats Alonso.
