Since they passed scrutiny for each race... i doubt they can take the results away. Unless they have done so (passing scrutiny) by cheating and/or misleading the Fia. Also, if they are exploiting a loophole, their car is legal unless the rules are modified.

Whatever it is, they got some F'ing smart thing going on there. Could it be neumatic shock absorbers (ala Citroen, Range rover etc) instead of hydraulic??

Red bull is way to far ahead in Q... over 0.5 sec... i mean Vettel is fast, but i doubt he brings that much time. Only Alonso can bring 0.6s

The flexi-floor used by Ferrari (and others) in Australia 2007 was designed to pass the FIA stress tests, but under the significantly higher loads during races would flex. They still kept the results.

That was made illegal when someone was doing it some time ago. The only thing I can think of is some sort of dead (or extremely stiff) zone covering the range of full-empty fuel in the spring setup using multiple springs but it's a total stab in the dark and no idea how such a thing would actually behave in a car with downforce.
