Officially there are 188 people per square km in Switzerland - that doesn't sound too bad. But it's misleading as only about a third of the land is inhabited (the rest is mountains/rock and forest and lakes), so taking this into account, you end up with a pretty high number - and it feels like that as well when you're there.

Think a trip to some council estates, of which there are thousands is in order for you!
