Ironic - Ferrari complaining about another teams spending

This is alot of wasted effort to try and dig up all these crazy stories about RBR,

WDC, WCC and this is the news about Red Bull?

The more info I read about this situation it seem's RBR asked for and recieved an exemption so it's really a non-issue just Max stirring the pot for press time.

Why do the press even speak to Mad Max anymore? Why does his opinion on anything matter?

Thats the point I tried too make at the beginning.

Link/reference to Ferrari complaining (or saying anything) about this please?

So you found something backing up that they broke the RRA?

Nothing in writing just info from other people, so it's kinda iffy at best. RBR it seem's went over budget yet recieved the approval for an exemption from other teams.

RBR really had the best car in '10 so I think they would have still won both championships without overspending (if its true).

Unless of course the whole issue with the flexing front wing and new tests meant RBR needed to spend additional money making their wing compliant?

Now there's a devilish explanation for it :wink:

Didnt they have the biggest budget it in 2009? According to an article from 'The Guardian' Newey gets payed 7 million pounds a year I wouldnt be surprised if they busted their budget.

However since they have many racing teams I thought they would have found some way of spreading out the costs.

They're allowed to take one key personnel out of the budget and pay whatever.

I think if this had any merit it would be other team bosses complaining and not a retired half wit...

its this exactly, if this was a serious issue, that genuinely effected win legitimacy and their championships, f1 media would have blown up by now as their is nothing going on.

yet everything in the f1 machine stays calm.

Was it money or staff that they broke the agreement on? I believe the RRA is mostly to do with staff numbers. If they had more people working on their car perparing upgrades and setups for each race it may well explain why they were so dominant in qualifying.
