It doesn't cancel anything out. I think the FIA are expecting 2010 to be the closest season yet. I agree.. There won't be one team dominating. Everyone has a hold on the new rules now & I can see:
Massa, Alonso, Schumacher, Rosberg, Hamilton, Button, Webber, Vettel, ALL up there capable of winning races. Maybe even an outsider like Kubica or Heidfeld if he gets his seat at Sauber.
So the points could well be given to all of those... good news!
