As I mentioned before about real estate that has also taken a turn for the better. My buddy's dad is a multi-millionaire land buyer and he has taken me under his wing so to speak and we are buying tax sale propertie's. The county he live's in and which we are doing the tax sale's in is in the top three of the fastest growing county's in Texas.

I'm more or less in a simmilar vein as I am in the construction bussiness. Real State takes a lot of effort and 'ability', but if you do it well its very economically rewarding; and the best is that you can do it as a side gig as well... My sister is also in Real State, she's got a master degree at Barcelona (UPC) in Touristic Real State Development...

Are you going to go in as more of a "project" seller or a "property seller" (i.e. are you bying lots and selling projects or are you capturing properties and reselling them)? because i've read there's some kind of a Real state / financial crisis in the US, so project development is not being as rewarding as it should be...

Yes that's my Max and he is a super cool companion and friend.

Are you going to go in as more of a "project" seller or a "property seller" (i.e. are you bying lots and selling projects or are you capturing properties and reselling them)? because i've read there's some kind of a Real state / financial crisis in the US, so project development is not being as rewarding as it should be...

We are doing tax sale properties mainly which can either be housing lot's or acreage. We buy properties that have gone into sale because the tax's have not been paid here is an example. We just bought a property that was valued at $50K+ for $5K and sold it for a profit of $45K, I made $10K in a matter of day's !!!

Thats right man I'll be like Walker Texas Ranger LOL!! I told my friend Tiffany the other day and she say's "Just dont take me to jail" and I replied I'll be happy with a cavity search, she liked that!!

Anyway I am too say the least on cloud 9 as I wondered the desert for along time and finally remembered and saw my oasis. I wanted to get into law enforcement 20+yr's ago but life got in the way, which is no excuse, but I'm making the best of this new career. I will post pic's of myself when I get my uniform complete with boot's and hat.
