Poor men's cuisine? So you dine in rich marble halls with servants bringing you your 10 course luxury meal from the downstairs kitchens where the cooks slave away and toil under the pressure of your high and mighty ruling-class demands? Or... does the food not actually get cooked? Do you prefer the meat raw, fresh from the tortured souls in our haunting dungeon?
As for Indian food... nothing too hot for me... the milder stuff is alright... otherwise the heat is just, well, unnecessary!

I mostly avoid Indian food. As with Mexican and Chinese I consider it part of the poor men's cuisine and it doesn't appeal to me.
