Just listened to Hamilton's short interview on german TV.

He seems to have resigned himself to this season not working for him.

On the other hand he also may have realized that it takes two to make a collision so it is better to say "it was a race incident" makes you look better than throwing a tantrum (for racechick: this does not mean that Hamilton would have normally thrown one).

Oh, I'm sorry. Have I imagined the whole year's whining about how only Lewis ever gets punished for incidents he's involved in?

If you cant see the unfairness thats gone on this yeart, no point argueing any further.

Great race, great track, and, again, Fantastic Vettel!:clap::clap:

Another great drive by Button and Alguersuari again. Too bad that Hamilton and Massa colided. To be honest, I think that Massa tried to cause another tough situation for Hamilton, and he deserved his penalty-he saw Hamilton pulling along side him. And they suffered damage, both...

So, all in all, nice sunday. :)

Mclaren seal 2nd in WCC.

The only consolation that they can draw from this is that they have beaten Ferrari in the WCC for THREE seasons in a row. :)

That DOES make my F1 world a little bit brighter! Thanks Lew.

Go on, amuse me. Aside from the reprimand at Spa and possibly the second penalty at Monaco, what exactly has been so unfair? If it was any other driver, most of the people criticising the year's stewarding would not take issue with it.

The real point to me is, it seems there is no such thing as a racing incident. Is there always one driver at fault? Or that at the moment between Lewis and Massa no-one is willing to give an inch.

Well I actually agree with you regarding penalising drivers for racing incidents. There are far too many. On this particular inicident Massa looked across.Lewis tried to back out when he saw him but Massa kept coming. He looked across several times. Very very irresponsible.

I think Lewis on some of his wonderful moves has had an attitude of; let me pass or crash. He leaves the decision up to the other guy. I also believe, and remember I'm a Lewis fan, that this season he has put his car in some places where it really shouldn't be, and relied too much on the other guy not crashing. We all know that in F1 you can't let an overtaking driver believe that you will jump out of the way if he comes steaming through or you make yourself an easy target. I'll concede that Massa was perhaps ahead today in blame percentage but can see that where it happened is not a spot for an overtake and is very much single file.

Well off the top of my head- penalised for weaving at malaysia then suffering behind a worse weaving Schumacher later in the year who got no penalties. Getting a reprimand when Maldonado swooped in on him after the chequered flag
Penalised this weekend for yellows when Jenson doing a more dangerous thing got off. Thats without even going to look. Im sure theres loads more.
