No matter if it's true or not, Max is up to something by coming out with that. Or maybe someone's got more pics of him playing dress up.

If its true its a poor show. But remember Ferari had a secret veto no one knew about for years...Max knew about that.

whots a veto what you sed

Under the terms of Ferrari's deal with FOM and the FiA to race from around the late nineties through something like 2006 at least, Ferrari had an un-mentioned Veto of changes to the regulations, meaning the Word Motorsport Council could make a decision and then have Ferrari tell them to kindly blow it out their collective a**e, and the FiA would have to just sit there grooving on it.

I've seen this mentioned often enough, but was that veto power ever used? The power was given to them as a stop gap measure to keep Ferrari from splitting off and starting their own series as I recall. Basically saying, please stay here and we will allow you a slice of control similar to having your own series.

If that power was used for unfair advantage, I would like to know so that I too can hate the color red. If not, it's a non-issue in my mind.

If its true, RB cheated, plain and simple. Past events concerning other teams have no bearing on them cheating this time.

It is very rich coming from a team that took the "holier than thou" stance all year - only to be exposed now as the "biggest" cheaters of 2010.

I agree their championships are seriously devalued by this.

I'm wondering if we will even hear anything else about it from the FIA just for clarification, the truth would be nice to know.

This was a gentleman's agreement,the only problem...........there are no gentleman in F1!

The only team that actually cheated and broke a written rule was ferrari! 100$thou fine was a joke!

I only wish Macca start cheating soon :cloud9:

What role, if any, is playing Max Mosley at F1 nowadays? He’s arousing undesirable doubts about Red Bull, criticizing Ferrari when they use their right to defend the changes they consider appropriate and telling that he forgave Ferrari, not sending them out of F1, because they didn’t say anything against his sexual scandal. He’s still defending his pretensions of budget cuts, forgetting that he was fired because the teams were united against that. Nobody else has said anything to confirm or deny what he says. In any case, I believe that these things aren’t good for F1 stability and progress. He’s old enough to enjoy his retirement, not speaking unnecessarily.

It was a FOTA agreement signed on by all FOTA teams. IMO if RB broke this agreement they cheated, and if they cheated their championships are tainted.

Interesting, I remember lots of written rules being broken during 2010, lots with Stewards' penalties, in fact I can't think of a team that wasn't penalized.

I only wish Macca start cheating soon :cloud9:

Probably not the smartest statement you've ever made, especially with the court conviction this year.

Is Max talking Redbull racing or Redbull? Remember the company called Redbull own two teams!
I think if this had any merit it would be other team bosses complaining and not a retired half wit...
