2. his car ran out of fuel on the cool down lap, now they need to have enough fuel so the fia can test the fuel

Actually he didn't run out of fuel, they switched the car off so he wouldn't run out of fuel. They needed 1lt of fuel to test, always have. The rule now is the car must return to parc ferme on its own power.

There are far more controversial drivers on the grid than Lewis hamilton.

No he isn't lol He isn't the first F1 driver to receive a traffic offense.

:hehe: No. Just the latest in a long illustrious line.

Didnt Piquet sr. get his license suspended?? hehe

So... the whole fuss about the FIA not tolerating traffic offences is about Lewis doing a partial burnout in a parking lot in Australia???

These people with power and money really should be working for their buck like we mortals do. Then they'd worry about important things and not waste their and our time on BS like this.

Now that reminds me, isn't little Piquet technically allowed to race in f1? That's just hilarious, you can be banned for getting a speeding ticket, but crashing willfully is ok.

And how did Nelshino escape prosecution for executing Team Orders?

Witness Immunity, well really Max being quite a blindingly single minded man just wanted Flavio's head.

It's a good rule, but, sadly they have left an option for Lewser's standard penalty - a warning.
The fact is Lewser is a convicted hoon, has lost his licence in France and run a stop sign in Switzerland - and is now under investigation for more serious victims impact from that running of the stop sign.
We are not talking about a one-off here, and his hoon conviction comes when the FiA has its major theme of road saftey!
The rule should be immediately implemented and Lewser should have to justify why he should be allowed to keep his super license. And, hopefully, they will finally get enough balls to do something other than issue him with yet another warning.

As I said in another thread; use the drivers correct name, stop trying to provoke a reaction from Lewis Hamilton fans! - myownalias

i remember the story of Senna for getting caught speeding in the UK where the cop remarked "who do you think you are, Nigel Mansell" Senna wasn't too happy :hehe:

And I remember Gilles Villeneuve's wife was so terrified to drive with him that she used to go in the back and get on the floor in the footwell
:hehe:
