Nope. Its been shown over and over again, lots of people dislike the fact that he's a protege. And that because of that he's getting some sort of preferntial treatment. Disregarding the facts that... there is no such preferential treatment.
And back to Red Bull it isnt the fact that Vettel is a Red Bull protege that annoys people, its the favouritism he is now receiving. Fine to have a young drivers scheme, but when they get to F1 they should manage without favours. Its Red Bull that is showing favouritism so no need to digress to other teams who arent doing so.
