I figure those guys in the blue are the Red Bulls, but what's with the green guys?

Well currently Jenson is all worried about his title chances, Mark's trying to put on a brave face... Vettel is crying because he can't make an engine last and Rubens is all Lambada'd

I don't get it, why are Jenson and Rubens in white and green? And on an unrelated note, why is Jenson a ginger?

Because he has a tan?
