Yes obviously Jenson has had the edge due to dubious technology that no one has had acces to.
His wins prove nothing other than hes using a device that no one else had.
No wonder he won recent races.
A joe bloggs driver could have won with this cheating device.
Lewis will blast them all once he has the same thing fitted and at least he didnt use it while it was under review unlike button

News Flash the diffusers are and always have been legal the car is completely legitimate. Also don't expect McLaren to suddenly fly to the front of the grid when they get a Multiple deck diffuser it's only one piece of a very large puzzle a multiple deck diffuser won't produce that much extra down force unless it has sufficient airflow and that will take aero upgrades all over the car!

Why should he stop using something that was completely Legal and always has been legal even if LH had wanted to use one he couldn't because McLaren don't have one!

Well here's my thoughts. The diffuser answer was the right one, the majority of people felt that, regardless of their team - shame the stewards/FIA/courts of appeal can't always act with a brain.
McLaren? I think they will have already had the diffuser prepared but because of paranoia with the FIA were awaiting the outcome of the decision. It will be fitted soon BUT that is not the biggest problem McLaren have. They have to sort out their aerobug.

If you weren't spouting a lot of posts in such a way that it just seems like you are trying to rile people up and create a row, maybe i could believe you there. If that is indeed not the case, then it would appear that you need to get over a few things before you go around claiming that people are using 'cheating' devices, which are amusingly enough entirely legal.

If you weren't spouting a lot of posts in such a way that it just seems like you are trying to rile people up and create a row, maybe i could believe you there. If that is indeed not the case, then it would appear that you need to get over a few things before you go around claiming that people are using 'cheating' devices, which are amusingly enough entirely legal.

Firstly Im not trying to rile people up Im trying to debate the issue as I am fanatical about the sport as most of you are.I respect your point of view and all Im doing is debating my point as you do.

Now quite a few people here have accused Lewis with discreditable behaviour but he didnt succumb to the temptation of using the diffuser device as did button and thats to his credit as he waited until it was all settled by the enquiry.

However Button had no hesitation in using this device even though it was morally questionable in gaining an unfair advantage over the rest of the competition.
As you point out the cheating device is only now entirely legal but it may nopt have been and if they had ruled against the cheating device then it would have cost him a few races.

Diffusers, diffusers, diffusers. So that's the only reason why Brawn GP has the best car?

Let me see...They have the trick diffuser, of course. They also have what seems to be a well-oiled team with lots of energy and high morale, they had almost the whole 2008 season in development (this team didn't spring out of thin air...it was Honda), they have a killer engine, and they have the two most experienced F1 people on the paddock, who know a thing or two about car setup. And don't give me crap about the drivers; remember that in F1, the winners and the losers are sometimes determined by only a couple of seconds!

This is their year. I'm a McLaren fan, but I'm not blind or dumb (well, sometimes a little bit). This is the year of Brawn GP. It would be surprising to me if they didn't win both Championships this year.

More power to Brawn GP! They have earned all the good things they have, so far.

The drivers have no choice in the matter. When will you realise this? Surely somebody so 'fanatical' about the sport would know such a thing...

Additionally, it is not a 'cheating device'. It never was.
