I agree, mostly. But I don't think that taking Whitmarsh out of the picture will happen any time soon, nor would it be a good idea. Isnt it Jonathan Neale that's the most senior team-member after Whitmarsh? I couldn't see him being able to step-up to the plate. Whitmarsh has been trained carefully by Dennis over the years, so it would be hard to find someone else from within the team who could take his role.
I agree with this also. I'm twenty and I can say that the last time I lost my head over anything (and I've been in enough situations where I would have been forgiven for doing so) for a long time. Furthermore, Lewis is a top-class Formula One driver, capable of making split-second decisions under huge pressure. The stewards' office should be nothing compared to driving that car around at those speeds. He's mature enough to handle these things properly, he just chose not to do so in this case.
Awful news. Ryan has had a wonderful career and was a part of McLaren, so it's tragic to see it end like this. It's a shame Hamilton has got off much more lightly.
The next thing that needs to happen is for Whitmarsh to either be sacked or demoted (
) (the latter probably being the better choice at this stage) whenever a suitable candidate for Team Principle is found.

See it is this argument that Hamilton is "immature" that I can't agree with.
I'm alot younger than him, and I know better.
