Dodgy Italian engineering.

Yeah, a mate of mine could tell you all about the fragile electronics on italian cars...

At least most Italian cars are still Italian owned. Even if it is under Fiat, it still is Italian. Rolls Royce, Bentley, Jaguar, Vauxhall, Rover, Range Rover, British Fords, Mini all owned by outsiders hahahahahahahaha Rcently you got Aston Martin back, but for how long is the million dollar question. :D

Aston won Le mans 24hr this year where were the s*** Ferrari's

AT THE BACK.

Ford is an American company but the British cars are designed and built in Britan so they are angalo-american much like Vauxhall and Range Rover, and Jaguar. Rover is gone and Mini is just a BMW basically.

But we still have Lotus, Caterham, Noble, etc and new companines like Ariel (makers of the Ariel Atom)

I don't care really anyway i drive a Ford Focus which is American/European car but i'm looking at getting a Alfa Romeo Brera S which is tuned by ProDrive (British company) But Designed in Italy don't bother me that its Italian its a good looking car.

but i imagine you only drive Italian cars right? are there any Solvinian car manufacturers?

I drive a Saab 93 Viggen. A Swedish car. I love Sweden and Swedish things in general anyway. (Whoever believes I like just Italian things is kidding themselves). No there are no Slovenian car makers. Whocares, if you wish to direct that at me, I consider myself way more Italian than Slovenian anyway. I grew up in Italy, so than makes me Italianised. But whocares anyway. You dont care about nationality and this is about IL MONTE not which car I drive or what cars Slovenija makes. And no I didn't start this off relevance thing. Someone said Italian things are dodgy on purpose and I reacted. I guess I took the bait this time around.

well Ferrari have created an interim car called the F2008K car to test the 2009 regs (including KERS) over the winter, So I guess there not struggeling that badly.

Well apparently they have built a Wind Tunnel somewhere else. One more advanced than the one in Woking or McLaren's one. All I am saying is that it isn't in Italy but it is Ferrari's wind tunnel and it is new. That is all I am saying.........Cant say anymore.

What you mean Ferrari are using new technology - equipment which is more developed than that of the ultra-modern McLaren? I thought Ferrari built their cars in the same shed as and with the same equipment used on the 125 F1.

Oh well F1 revolves around Ferrari afterall. If Ferrari are really struggling, then I am sure Ferrari can convince the FIA to scrap it altogether. But on the other hand Monte could be simply taking everyone for a ride so the compeititors will think Ferrari will not be competitive in 2009 when in fact they will be. :D

pathetic.

But true.

I think...

Yup, in the Swiss Alps

Ferrari bought a bunker near the Bernese town of Thun and converted it into a wind tunnel. The entire operation has been kept somewhat secretive for obvious reasons: the Swiss government wouldn't want to trumpet the fact that they sold their asset to a foreign company (the highest bidder) and Ferrari has been traditionally tight-lipped about its future plans, especially with potential upcoming new regulations that would limit the use of wind tunnels.

Yes in actual fact I do have insider knowledge on this one. If I say it, it will spread like a virus and this being the Internet with people using this particular site from all over the world, everyone will know something that no one is really supposed to know for now.
