Heh, all the Mosley haters came out brandishing pitchforks, singing along to the Nazi tune because it was what they wanted to hear.

I hope Mosley takes them to the cleaners...

Hopefully Mrs. Mosley sees sense and takes her husband to the cleaners in the divorce case.

i can imagine he has broken her down over their life together, she would be a yes yes youre right dear wife!

Been reading it in the sunday times and i think he'll win. This judge has already gone with people in privacy cases before. If he does win it spells trouble for freedom of speach as it sets a precedent. its privicy in, free speach out but by the back door without proper debate. And wouldnt you just expect someone like mosley to be in the thick of that.

What We've Learnt During The Mosley Trial

Max Mosley's libel trial against the News of the World has been a fascinating affair. And, for those who have followed it closely, an educational experience...

* The plural of dominatrix is dominatrices. PF1 is much obliged to The Guardian's court correspondent Helen Pidd for alerting us to this fact.

* Newspaper informants rarely receive the fee they are promised and are even less likely to do so in the current economic climate. When quizzed over why Woman E, the dominatrix who secretly filmed April's orgy, News of the World editor Colin Myler explained, "Every fee is renegotiated. We negotiate just as in any other business deal. We are in a credit crunch." Woman E thus received around £12,000 - considerably less than the £25,000 she was originally promised.

* Mosley has been interesed in sadism and masochism since "quite a young age".
He is also known to Woman A as 'Mike'. It's unclear why he used the moniker.

* In Mosley's view, "German also somehow sounds appropriate for a bossy, dominant character. It is a harsh-sounding - rather than a romantic - language."

* Those involved in S&M dalliances do not regard themsleves as being in an 'orgy'. They instead refer to such liasons as the type Mr Mosley indulged in as 'parties'.

* Contrary to general perception, these 'parties' are a quantily civilised affair. Once business has been concluded, participtants are often retire for a nice cup of tea. When asked how she thought up the theme of their parties, Woman A replied: "It's like being in the pub with your friends and it's a lovely sunny day and you say 'oh, why don't we go for a picnic tomorrow'."

* S&M can involve "spanking, bondage, whipping, role-play like doctors and nurses, sheiks and harems, guards and prisoners".

* If you are so inclined, a six-person, five-hour S&M orgy will cost you around £2,500 - Mosley paid £500 to each of the five prostiutues involved. The FIA President is evidently a rich man - according to Woman A, the prostitute who actually organised the 'parties', she met with Mosley around twice a month. He also gave her £35,000 last year to fit out the Chelsea flat where they met and pay a year's rent.
