Well, if I say "people of England" suck chicken that wouldn´t be offensive, rite?

offensive on a national scale not race, England has more than one race living in its borders, just look at Lewis Hamiltons mixed blood.

one thing to take offence to a remark about a nation its the same as a remark to a fans favourite team. ie Ferrari fans as a whole

but do remarks on Ferrari fans or McLaren fans have anything to do with race?

I didn't say it was racist. I said he has a tendency to post semi-offensive to offensive things. Talking about "ethnics crying racism" was pretty offensive. And racist. Feel free to defend that kinda stuff though. Very impressive.

Calling people "ethnics" is way across the line. It's not just being non-PC. It's rude and offensive. I can't even believe they're people that would argue this. It's kinda sickening.

Of course I know what the term means. I'm not gonna go looking for the post he used it in. It bascially said: "What if we started a Force England, would the PC crowd and the ethnics cry racism?"

ahh yeah i remember reading that one, trying to understand what he is saying Ron Dennis the forum member is English and i guess the "ethnics" he was referring to would be the immigrants of the UK from places like the sub continent etc they would probably cry foul if the Term Force England was used. its just the minority having a whinge about that sorta thing
Same here in Australia, hell my girlfriend is Polish and she reffers to herslef as ethnic. guess some people get offended easy huh

and btw i got banned from another F1 forum for accusing some members and the site owner of being a tad racist with some remarks about Lewis Hamilton.

I think maybe it's a cultural thing. I'm in the US. Saying ethnics is a good way to get your bottom kicked. And offensive. But I think you guys mean it in a different way. I can understand that.

I'm still gonna be keeping my eye on Ron_Dennis though. He seems to be from Florida, and should know how it can be taken.

ethnics is just a word to describe your ethnicity. what is offensive about that. its like umpalumpa describes if your male or female. Americans always go a step too far

True. It's just something that is not taken lightly in the US, not making excuse's, it's just the way it is.

RD's a good guy and yes he is in Florida but I think he's a misplaced Brit. Sorry if I'm wrong RD I mean no offense .
