My evening meal.

Teriyaki salmon on a bed of boiled rice and petit pois

Never tried this brand of rice before and it went a bit sticky. Apart from that it was nice.

Even though I am not a fan of fish (love seafood), that looks yummy!!

I just started using a Basmati rice that gets sticky; but, that's not a bad thing!!

p.s. You can use any "favourite" liqueur you like... and lots of it!! :wink:
Also, I freeze it and take it out about an hour before serving, so it's
like having a Tiramisu ice cream!!
