I just helped a girlie fix her car, so she turned up 20 minutes later with a bottle of Baileys. Bless, I am hoping one of them will keep me warm tonight

I like Baileys and I used to drink Nutty Irishman's all the time.

Nutty Irishman recipe:
1 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
1 oz Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur
1 oz cream

Pour ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice and shake until completely cold. Strain into a chilled, stemmed or rocks glass filled with ice.

Baileys is ok... in small quantities, imo it's a bit sickly.

As for irish cocktails, someone introduced me to Irish Carbombs a few years back - a shot of baileys, a shot of Jamesons (whiskey) and half a pint of Guiness. Madness will ensue if you drink a few of these... :eek:

I will drink anythink that is free and makes me pizzed, a long time ago I tried photocopier fluid mixed with orange sherbert (spl)
