What happened to the big talk by Boullier saying his drivers don't have to worry about team instability since only Ferrari and McLaren have a higher chance of leaving the sport compared to Lotus when the whole grid is concerned? Talk about sticking a size 12 in your mouth.

PDVSA would be mad to have released the money yet. If they released the money now and Lotus go belly up the next day after paying 'selected' creditors, it would be sticky but theyd probably get away with it.

PVSA will likely be releasing the money in tranches based on certain conditions

Lopez doesnt sound too convincing. The Quantum deal is dead?
