what makes me sick is the way martin b and david c react to this whole matter. Can you imagine the uproar by these two bias clowns if jenson was told to let lewis through, just think how long that would run and run.

Reading Domenicalis response made me sick. Just denies everything and says nothing was clear to the drivers

I think if the FIA are going to introduce rules they should be consistent with the punishments! to prove my point I have two questions (with answers)

What has Stefano Domenicali done today? - fixed a race to allow a particular driver to win!

What happened to Flavio Briatore for fixing a race? - banned for life by FIA. (although overturned later & different circumstances).

Ferrari have a long history in this sport and have consitently been at or around the top - they should be setting examples of GOOD conduct for other smaller teams and also for young potential drivers of the future - lets face it if young drivers become disillusioned with the politics and corruption then F1 only has a short while to go!

I think Ferrari should be docked all constructors points from today, Alonso should be taught a lesson by having his winning points deducted and a warning issued that any further race fixing will result in ALL driver's and Constructors points being removed!

But this is Ferrari so they will probably get stroppy, threaten to leave F1 and get a hand delivered apology from Bernie Eccleston and the 100k fine back!! :banghead:

I was glad that Massa took the high road in the post race interview. Nothing needed to be said.

The reality is that a 1,2 was theirs regardless and Ferrari, Massa and Alonso earned that today. What's disgusting is Ferrari denying their fans potentially the most exciting moment of racing in their season to date.

The lieing to the stewards who were investigating is massive issue surley it shows complete contempt for the rules and people enforcing them.
What punishment did maclaren get for lieing to the stewards when Dave Ryan done it when hamilton let truli through ?
They got instant disqualification from the race for a start. Dave Ryan Got sacked and Ron Dennis ended up handing over to martin Whitmarsh.

Todays turn of events was a shame to the sport. If one driver is faster than the other, why the F**k can't they overtake in a fair and competitive way. Sums up Alonso though, a complete twat!

Dip me on honey and throw me to the lesbians, but tell me if this doesn't prove that Alonso is a vortex of controversy.

Sheesh.

For those saying team orders should be allowed i am wondering what your view is on telling a driver to crash to help out a team mate.

That would surely be allowed correct?

Its a joke and disgusting and in my opinion exactly the same as for example match fixing in any other sport, saying that you think its fair to force someone to lose on purpose makes me feel sick.

I do think every team does team orders to some extent but not bad enough to change the outcome of a race which is what is and should be banned, no team should be allowed to change the outcome of a race by making an order to 1 of their drivers.

I really wanted Massa to win today and was delighted to see him leading for such a long time, i just cant believe ferrari would drop so low as to do this again and i really hope the $100000 fine isn't the only penalty they get or it will seriously ruin the sports image.

Yeah Massa is the one whos really lost in all this clearly he didnt want to do it and also Rob Smedly to.
The amount Massa has given to ferrari over the years it would have been nice for him to be the one to bring them back to form
again
Shame for everyone really.

It'll be interesting to compare the penalty (if any) Ferrari gets to the suspended three race ban that McLaren received for "lie gate". Though, Lie Gate was a more serious offence than Radio Gate.
