Vettel. I think he learnt a hell of a lot last season (ironed out the mistakes basically) and that'll sort him out.
That is subject to change once testing starts mind you, i'd really be amazed if each of the 'big 4 teams' don't win a race this season - the problem is that the teams are so close, it's so hard to make an absolutely concrete call especially when (imo) the rule changes for this season are underestimated by most and relatively major, therefore the Newey factor would be edging Red Bull for me at the moment.
You can't discount Red Bull.
I fancy them for both titles to be honest.
