Either way they should finish above the rest of the Cosworth runners
You're like a dog chasing a car. You'll never catch it and you just wouldn't know what to do with it if you did

That's likely IMO. Who all are they anyway?
Working to a budget is hard & Williams have done it well.
I saw an article on ITV F1 website, a review of Williams over 2009. It was pretty good. But it made me realise...
They were only able to get one better than 2008, they finished 8th in 08, 7th in 09.
Still, what a fantastic job they did building that car for their budget, they probably have something around Force Indias budget of around £90million
It was entirely Nakajimas fault they didnt get at least 5th. Entirely his fault.
But hopefully they'll be stronger next year with Rubie!

the 6 new teams and nobody else I think
That's all I can think of other than Sauber whos engine is not decided but is to me likely to be a Cosworth.

Sauber are gonna use Ferrari engines. Don't know if they'll be rebadged as in the past though.

Oh now I think I remember that
That means there are only 5 cosworth teams. I too wonder if Ferrari will continue their policy of running one car just out of the points and one car at the very back. It seems to be working for them.

That's an interesting use of the term only.
I think force india should have the measure of the new teams, they've had a pretty good year and I'm hoping that they can build on it
